"I switched to Progressive and saved a full 50% versus of what I was paying to State Farm for the exact same coverage. I received a call from Perry’s office implying that I needed to send them a declarations page from my new policy or they couldn’t cancel my insurance. That’s a 100% lie. I asked if that was a legal requirement and they fessed up that no, not a legal requirement BUT if I sent it they may match my new rate! Sounds like they’ve been gouging me for years and could have charged less all that time but wouldn’t unless I threatened to drop them. Wow. Not an outfit I’m interested in giving my money to."

"Was part of the negligent professionals that resulted in the suspension of my license. When the state asked them if I had insurance on a vehicle that was totalled 6 months prior, they simply answered no. No one alerted me. 2 years later I had to deal with a ticket for driving without a license since the Insurance company didn't think it was a red flag that the state was asking for insurance on a totalled vehicle. Unprofessional, and does the bare minimum. Incredibly dissappointed that if I had an insurance company that wasn't asleep at the wheel, I could have handled it prior to my license being wrongfully suspended. And to the reply, I already called and spoke to you about it. You pointed the finger at the state and denied all responsibility. Not honest."
