"Todd is the best State Farm agent I've ever had. My previous rep was a great guy (In Tennessee), but then I got a new guy from the same company in Orlando and I could never get him on the phone or find him in his own office...it wasn't the best customer service. BUT, Todd and his team are fast, efficient, and super friendly. They provide service you would expect for an upscale establishment. I'm definitely going to use them again now that I've got my cars insured there."

"Was part of the negligent professionals that resulted in the suspension of my license. When the state asked them if I had insurance on a vehicle that was totalled 6 months prior, they simply answered no. No one alerted me. 2 years later I had to deal with a ticket for driving without a license since the Insurance company didn't think it was a red flag that the state was asking for insurance on a totalled vehicle. Unprofessional, and does the bare minimum. Incredibly dissappointed that if I had an insurance company that wasn't asleep at the wheel, I could have handled it prior to my license being wrongfully suspended. And to the reply, I already called and spoke to you about it. You pointed the finger at the state and denied all responsibility. Not honest."
